PURE Guideline & Etiquette
Overview: The following guidelines apply to all PURE members and are based on a mutual understanding to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable fitness and yoga environment. Please read them carefully.
1. Class Booking and Check-in
Class Booking
Book class via PURE app, telephone or just come in-person for standby (no advance booking for standby) at least 30 minutes before class.
Class bookings can be made 2 days in advance of the class, starting from 9 am.
Each student is limited to one Wall Rope Yoga class and one Aerial Yoga class per day.
*No overlapping within the same time slot – this applies to both confirmed and waitlist bookings.
Cancellations
Please give us 2 hours’ (not including 2 hours) advance notice if you cannot attend the pre-booked class so that we can release your booking to waitlisted students.
Wait List
To offer a comfortable environment, we limit class size. If a class you wish to book is full, we will place you on the waitlist.
When a reservation is cancelled more than 2 hours before the class time, the spot will be automatically assigned to the students on the waitlist. Please check your PURE APP notification and email if you are on a class’ waitlist.
Waitlist expires 2 hours (including 2 hours) before the start of classes. Students can choose Last Chance Booking or come for standby at PURE Yoga or Fitness Center in person. Standy List opens 30 minutes before class.
Last Chance Booking
If a class is not full, Last Chance Booking will open between 2 hours and half an hour before the start of the class.
• Last Chance Booking is the last chance to book a class online and therefore once you have made your booking, please check in on time to join the class. If you need to cancel your booking, it will be counted as a late cancellation (cancellation within 2 hours of the start of class).
No-shows or Late Cancellations
3 or more cumulative late cancellations (cancellation within 2 hours of the start of class) and / or no-shows (failure to sign in or enter the studio on time) over a consecutive 30-day period result in:
• Your booking privileges being suspended for 2 weeks (14 days) from the first occurrence.
• Your class attendance restricted to in-person standby and only up to 30 minutes before class; or the suspension of your booking privileges can be revoked against CNY 500 each time and up to 2 times in one calendar year only.
Calculation of consecutive 30-day period: If you cancel a reservation late on 1 and 5 April, that counts as 2 late cancellations. If you do not show up for a booked class on 16 April, that makes up 3 late cancels and/or no-shows and your booking privilege will be suspended for 2 weeks starting from 17 April. If you have another late cancellation on 1 May, which makes up 3 late cancels and/or no-shows again, you will be barred from advance class booking for 2 weeks (14 days) again from May 2nd.
If your booking privileges are suspended you will not be able to book in advance, you may physically come to PURE Yoga or Fitness in person and add your name to the standby list 30 minutes before class, or pay a fee of CNY 500 which is limited to 2 times only in one calendar year.
Failing to sign in on time after being confirmed from the waitlist or the Last Chance Booking will be counted as no-show or late cancellation. Please pay attention to your waitlist status.
Please note that if you have access to both PURE Fitness and PURE Yoga, the occurrences (late cancels and no-shows) are cumulative and counted together.
2. Arriving at the Center
Basic Code of Conduct
You are expected to act in a respectful and socially acceptable manner, always with dignity and courtesy. Standby Rules
In cases of no-show or late cancellations, newly available spots will be given to students on the standby list. Your position on the waiting list has no influence on your standby position. These are two separate list.
For onsite standby, students must be physically present to add names to the standby list. Standby list opens 30 minutes before class, on a first-come, first-served basis.

You have to wait until your first class ends and check at the reception desk if there are any spots available for the following class.
Check-In Procedures

All students must sign in at the reception desk in person at least 5 minutes before class starts; sign-in closes 5 minutes before a class starts. If you fail to meet the above sign-in requirements, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and your spot will be released to students on the standby list. Students on the standby list will be notified 5 minutes before the class starts (No guarantee and subject to space availability).
